Casual and comfortable with excellent kiwi oriented fresh and local tucka! With an Emphasis on the abundant and excellent fresh-off-the-boat literally, seafood you should try everything! Well ok stay two nights and pace yourselves! High my list would be the Oysters and the Kiwi Fish and Chups, although there are plenty of exotic international dishes to sample as well!
The Owners Andrew and Glen after returning back to New Zealand from the hectic London life were tempted out of their semi retirement by the awesome building and set about transforming it into the casually simple but chic place that it is today. Taking a cue from the international niche hotel scene they thoughtfully equipment the place with 3 rooms for those a little bit too over indulged who might not want to face the trip back to the mainland.
If you are tempted to stay a couple of nights to explore the menu fully there are plenty of beautiful coves and wineries to explore to pass the time in between seatings!
